Without a doubt it's the Allstate commercial where a middle-age couple ice skates together while their car is parked next to a tin shack, with the headlights and CD player on. Then the husband hits the shack and gets up all right, except his collision with the side of the shack causes the ice and snow on the roof to fall avalanche-style on the car, totalling it.

I never get tired of seeing it!
