Question Lionel Luthor in "Cyborg"

In the final scene of last night's episode ("Cyborg"), Lionel Luthor made the
shocking revelation that he not only knows about Clark Kent's special abilities
but also knows his real name ("Kal-El"). How did he find out Clark's real name?

I wondered the same thing.

I think there was a connection between Lionel Luthor,Dr.Swann(Christopher Reeve) and Bridget Crosby(Swann's assistant).Swann & Crosby knew everything about Clark or Kal-El and they disapeared mysteriously.

That makes sense, I couldn't figure that out before. I wonder if Lionel knows everything.

I know that it's because sometimes,he is possessed by Jor-El and he's always writing down kryptonian messages that he receives to remember.

But,I also thought there was a connection between Swann & him...I know somehow that they knew each other.

I would say it is mainly from Jor-el because he gains a lot of information when he is posessed. That seems like one of the basic things he would learn.

I thought that doctor Swan had died but I'm not really sure.

Yes,Clark read in the newspaper that Dr.Swann died(not sure which ep). But,I think that Dr.Swann was probably the one was supposed to be possessed by Jor-El but, they had to change that because Reeve's death. So,Lionel took his place instead.I find it so strange to see the ennemi no 1 since the begining of the show turning on the good side.
