LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The Incredible Hulk is now a county sheriff's department
reserve deputy.

Lou Ferrigno, 53, who played the green-skinned monster on the CBS series from
1978 to 1982, was sworn in during a ceremony Monday night.

"My father was a police officer with the New York Police Department; I've always had a high respect for officers," Ferrigno told The Associated Press. "I
want to give back to the community."

I saw a pic in today's paper of Lou being sworn in. He still looks great.

The torn uniform was a bit much though...

I hope the city has good liability insurance, because we all know that when Lou loses it, he can really tear things up!!

On the other hand, crime will probably drop because people will get scared when a big green man approaches them to lay down the law.

I'm gonna take a drive over there and get myself in some trouble so Lou can frisk me...
