I haven't looked at all the episodes, but I viewed the first couple and they were 8/10, just a little fuzzy. I was told that most episodes are 8/10, some are 7/10, and 1 or 2 are 6/10, so I just average it at 7/10 so no one expects 8/10 quality throughout.

Pinky and the Brain
Hi. Great list. To me, an 8 out of 10 usually means taped in 2 hour VHS during broadcast and then recorded onto DVD at the 2 or 3 hour DVD recorder speed, and to me that video quality always looks just fine. Is that what your Pinky & the Brain are?
Just asking because I'm a really big fan of this series and have always wanted to get it in good quality, tho I'm not sure I have anything you would want.

I have three rare unaired pilots, one is a show called hollyweird
pilot movie and one was for the show Practical magic- unaired pilot Also have the unaired rare pilot to the darrin mcgavin' witchcraft" and surprisingly enough no one has grabbed this from me with his passing- |
