a copule of years ago on ABC they aired a movie about Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez i don't know the name if you know please tell me and also where i can watch it i'd like to tape it

You mean 'Before the Laughter'? There was another movie called 'Lucy' in 2003.
BTL is on Lifetime quite a bit.

is it on the regular lifetime cause i'd like to see it and tape it if it is do you know when it'll air again

You can always go to www.tv-now.com and search under Lucille Ball for the movies of the month. It shows that it was on this morning at 5:45am.
