I usually watch Rome is Burning. I have never seen Cold Pizza though.

I think Tom Arnold just wanted to pursue other things, particularly movies. I know he recently wrote a film that was directed by Penelope Spheeris, called The Kid And I.

My favorites are Around The Horn, Cold Pizza and enjoy watching Best Damn Sports Show every once in a while. And PTI as well.
