Default Willona was dead wrong for getting an attitude with Florida

because Penny was being exposed to sex early. She had some damn nerve walking into the Evan apartment telling Thelma and Keith to knock off the "house play" and they were married! Stay ya ass home in your own place! She never acted like that before, and all of a sudden, she adopts a daughter, who was physically abused and everything, and she was trying to shield her away from sex? She was wrong for telling Florida to mind her own business much as Flo have done for her. I liked Willona in the early years, she was a bi*tch in this episode, and I wouldn't have allowed her in my apartment!

Hallejuhah!!!!!!! Amen to that brother!!!!! I swear, who the hell was she to tell a newly married couple not to be kissing in their own place????? Don't go adopting a girl, if you aren't going to explain the facts of life to her!!!!!!

I was so mad with Willona's behavior in that episode and Florida got her bad. Willona got mad because she knew deep down that Florida was telling the truth and did not want to hear it. The fight between those was funny especially when they were fighting over that piece of clothing. The only thing I had a hard believing that they went to high school together. Looking at those two together there is at least a 10 year age difference between them.

In real life there is a 25 year difference b/t them.

Yeah Wilona shouldn't have gone into the Evan's apartment telling Keith and Thelma to knock off the kissing. But Wilona was a first time parent and as a parent we do make mistakes.

I think she saw the error in her ways, Penny was what? 12, it was time to tell the girl about the facts of life. I know I'm dreading the day when I have to tell my daughters about the Birds and the Bees.

Default Grafitti Removal

I know that when Bookman came and said I owed money for grafitti (sp?) removal, he'd have left empty-handed. Wilona can use her contribution to buy some turpentine and a bucket and get to work...or buy a can of paint and a brush and get to work...

When we were growing up, when we visited my grandmother, she was very liberal in what we were allowed to watch on Cable TV. Her thought was, "I am sure they hear worse at school" and you know she was 100% correct.

"Goodbye Mother Goose. Little lady who lives in a shoe. Has got one child and don't know what to do". -Florida to Willona

One of the funniest thing Florida has ever said. And she was telling the truth rhyming it.

Wasn't Penny kind of old not to know anything about sex??That seemed weird to me..especially since her best friend was pregnant...I think they'd be talking about sex!

Not really. Her friend was probably stupid and that's how she got pregnant. The guy probably fed her some stupid line and that's how he got into her pants.

My niece was doing a thesis on teen pregnancy and she told me all these list of things that teen girls believe so as not to get pregnant. here is some of them:

If you are on top, you won't get pregnant
If you jump up and down after sex you won't get pregnant
If you wait a certain amount of days before your period, you won't get pregnant
If you douche after sex, you won't get pregnant

etc. etc.

Young girls are naive, stupid, whatever. If no one tells the the truth, they will learn from other naive girls and all they do is pass bad info. I had a friend when I was a teen that told me stuff and when I look back on what she had told me I just wanna laugh my ass off.

I agree, she was just wrong for that seeing as how lack of knowledge can lead to trouble for young kids. I don't see what the problem was, Willona never had a problem giving her advice to Florida about things, but I guess Willona didn't like it the other way around.
