Theo said in the Finale episode that NYU Students are only given TWO tickets for Graduation. Was he graduating from College or Preschool?-lol

Yeah, i wondered abt that too. But if he only got two tickets, then how did the grandparents attend? He had his parents and his grandparents? I can't remember.
I know when my niece graduates from UCLA this year, she will need to know in advance, how many people will attend. My other niece will graduate from college too this year and it's also the same thing, how many people will go so the amt of invitations can be made. I don't get it. Maybe, it has to do with the amt of students graduating. Could it be in Theo's case because there are too many students and the school can't accomodate all the visitors? This episode reminds me of the Cindy Brady fiasco abt inviting only one parent to a play.

Theo was calling several NYU students asking will they be using their tickets. The Ones who were not participating in the Graduation Ceremony

I thought it was completely ridiculous that he was able to get tickets for his whole entire family, both immediate and extended.

Yeah, that is where he got his big break. WNBC's studios were in the same building as the Today show.

Ok that makes sense. Something I saw in the last scene on the NBC version of the Finale that I didn't see on N@N was the Grandparents leaving the house right before Theo. On N@N u only see Theo Cliff and clair before the ep ENDS

I can understand why they would only give Theo 2 tickets. Since he went to NYU and that there are thousands of students graduating, there wouldn't be enough seats if everyone wanted to invite all of their family members. So you were out of luck if you wanted to invite you grandparents from both sides and aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters and brother. When I graduated I was only given 6 tickets. But they should have made it more realistic and they should have given Theo more then 2 tickets.

Does NYU not rent out Madison Square Garden or Radio City Music hall? That lots of people could come. My college uses the area where the team plays. It is also large enough to accommodate concerts (most recently Gretchen Wilson). Even my high school graduation was held at another local concert venue (soon to host George Jones). Is there not a facility in NY to accomadate this large a crowd?
