Scene cut from "Adoption Part 2" on DVD - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi. I just purchased the season 2 DVD and am generally satisfied with it but I have one quibble. When I was a kid, I distinctly remember a scene where Drummond and the kids privately look at the false will of the kids' father about them staying with their phony cousin if something happens to him and their mother and Drummond asks Willis of the signature "Is that your father's handwriting" and Willis replied "Yeah it looks like it." The signature was obviously copied by their phony cousin from the letter he found. The scene is supposed to be right at the beginning of the episode. I wonder if any other episodes are cut?

I watched that episode last week, and the scene you're talking about is there. I distinctly remember that dialogue ("Is that your father's handwriting" and Willis replied "Yeah it looks like it.") That wasn't cut from that episode on the dvd.

I just rechecked and you're right the scene is there. Apparently my DVD player skipped over the scene.
