I need someone to help me with the "Puerto Ricans Livining in harlem" statement by
Fred. Were there actually lots of Puerto Ricans living in harlem during the early 70"s? Fred was saying he didn't want Watts to become Harlem West-lol Can anyone help me and let me know what's the real story behind Fred's Puerto Ricans living in Harlem Statement?

I read somewhere that Gregory Sierra was actually from Spanish Harlem, so that added to the authenticity of Julio.
