Default Movies with shocking/disturbing storylines??

What are some of the movies you've seen that had the most shocking storylines?? Here are some of the most controversial, and disturbing films Iv'e ever seen. Some of them I didn't even give a description of, simply because there's no way to describe them in just a word or two. Some movies are just too controversial for words.

South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut
The Woodsman: (pedophilia)
Saved
The Crying Game: (transgender love)
Bastard Out of Carolina: (pedophilia)
Spanking The Monkey (incest)
Birth
Osama: (oppression/terrorism/torture)
Taxi Driver: (underraged prostitution)
L.I.E. (pedophilia)
At Close Range (domestic murder)

Bastard Out of Carolina is a movie that I seen when it first came on television. Now, when they rerun the movie, they have edited out that scene with the step-father and the girl when she is in the car with him in the front seat. They totally cut out the part where it is clearly obvious he is touching her in certain parts and molesting her overall. Now, they just show the girl going to the front seat and then next thing you know, she is seen crying and going to the back seat.
That movie is very disturbing just for the whippings alone. It is a powerful movie.

Osama: My brother in law told me abt this movie. I was glad to see it, just to know how blessed I am to live here in America. It makes anything you think is bad in your country, not bad at all.

The Audition: It's a movie that is so graphic in violence, it is hard to explain. Here is a link for it...it also tells you if you don't want to be spoiled by the plot, to stop reading it, for it will somewhat ruin it for you if you intend to watch it without knowing what is going on. The movie at first is kinda slow, but it turns CRAZY!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, Bastard Out of Carolina was one of the hardest movies to watch that Iv'e ever seen. I had to look away during the molestation scene, because even though it was just simulated, it looked way too real for me. I was so happy when the girls biological father found out his girl had been beaten by that guy, and he kicked his ass. That's one of the few times Iv'e ever gotten up during a movie, and punched right along with the character, as if I was beating on the jerk myself. The ending of the movie pissed me off, when the mother caught the bastard molesting the girl, and still took him back after that. Unfortunately though, that's the way it often goes in real life.

Osama was a disturbing movie, but it was good that someone made it, because it exposed the Taliban for what they truly are, and that's something that all these terrorist sympathizers out there needed to see. If anyone can watch that movie, and still sympathize with the Taliban afterwards, then in my opinion, there is something seriously wrong with them. That last scene with that old guy entering the room, (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about), was disturbing beyond words!!

I haven't seen that other movie you mentioned, but I'll check out the link you provided, and see what it's all about.

DEATH WISH MOVIES. The first one I have seen over and over. The rape and beating and murder scene of the wife and daughter is something that is gruesome and horrific, no matter how many times I see it. I know it's vital to the plot of the movie, to show how something horrific happened to this man, and set him off to become this vigilante.

Ok, but to make a second, third and fourth sequel showing something horrific happen to the friends, family, girlfriend of this man, is just too whacked. It made a joke of the first movie by releasing those sequels.

I swear there was a movie out a few years back that tackled the subject of necrophilia, I never took time out to watch it though, lol

when I was a kid and The Crying Game came out, I couldn't believe that was a man. Looking at it through adult eyes, I am shocked I never couldn't tell he wasn't anything besides male.

Saved was shocking but funny. South Park has never strived to be anything less than shocking and disturbing

I remember when that movie came out, but I can't remember the name of it. Siskel and Ebert reviewed it, and I believe Ebert actually gave it a thumbs up. That was one movie I was not at all interested in seeing either.

There was also a very controversial film that came out in 1996 I believe, called Happiness. It was directed by Todd Solondz, the guy who did Welcome To The Dollhouse, and apparantely it was a pretty controversial one as well.

there's another one called Harry And Max that stars Bryce Johnson from Popular that explores incest, pedophilia and homosexuality all in one quick swoop... a love story between a 16 year old and his 25 year old brother., if only there was some prostitution and necrophilia there as well, and if one of the characters was a transvestite

Veronica Guerin, it was really shocking to me what happened to her at the end. I knew it was true story, but it was really scary to see it played out in the movie. It's a really good movie though.

I seen a movie on cable called Ted Bundy. Yes, it's abt the serial killer. This movie however is an independent film that of course, was able to show things here that they couldn't do in the television version. For some reason, it had humor in parts of the movie, I can't figure out why. But the brutality inflicted upon the victims was shown (as real as you can get with a movie) and it was HORRIBLE. They also touched on the characteristic (if you want to call it that) of Bundy who enjoyed necrophilia. It had scenes where he would return to the bodies. It was gruesome.

I forgot to mention the ending. They showed Bundy being prepared to go to the electric chair and they showed how the prisoners are prepared by getting their head shaved, their leg, etc. but it WENT FURTHER. Ok, um, it showed how they must prepare his body when it is electrocuted. His body will eject fluids and other matter, if you know what I mean, so they showed him being "packed".
