released on DVD. I think the very first one I would buy before any short-lived show is Checking In-(1981). I would buy that show instantly as soon as it hit the shelves at Best Buy.

When Things Were Rotten

It was a short-lived 1975 series created by Mel Brooks and was about Robin Hood and his merry men. They were pretty much incompetents. It lasted only three months and 13 episodes.

Aaron Spellings 2000 nighttime soap "Titans" starring Casper Van Dien, Yasmine Bleeth, Kevin Zegers, etc. Only aired 11 episodes, 2 episodes not aired. I loved it, but got cancelled very quickly.
