Default "Shirley's Date" episode

I'm guessing that this is somewhat a continuation of the "which guy on WH would you date" thread.....

Well, after watching tonight's episode, it is 100% confirmed that I would DEFINITELY go for Dwayne. Raj and Rerun went as far as bribing other dudes to take Shirley out. I'm sorry, but if I found out that someone was being paid/bribed to take me out, I would be PISSED! BUT, unlike Raj and Rerun, Dwayne, with his sweet, compassionate self, actually turned down his HOT date in order to take Shirley out. Not many guys would turn down a hot date in order to make a friend happy. This shows that Dwayne is a true, sincere person. Also, at Raj's party, Dwayne showed that he was absolutely not ashamed of the fact that Shirley was his date. In fact he was very proud of that. Sooooooooooooo.....out of the 3 guys - DWAYNE's MY MAN!!!!!

I totally agree, he always thought of others feelings unlike Rerun. And even Raj sometimes wouldn't think of others feelings before he would react to somethings.

Yes Girls! My Dwayne is something else. If I could find a guy like that. Your right most guys wouldn't give up a date with beautiful Maxine like Dwayne did. But it was just as well, he found out how nasty she was. I also liked the way he kiss Shirley on the cheek in a few episodes.

Yeah it was a nice thing Dwayne did but it was also nice what Raj and Rerun did. Shirley was never going to know they paid someone to take her out so what's the big deal. And plus due to the situation raj and rerun had to pay someone.

Yeah but if they were real friends they would of took her themselves instead of making someone else take her. Raj seem to have gotten a little jealous that he didn't think of that since he always wants to look like the good samaritan.

Raj shouldn't of even invited her, he knew she didn't have a date or may not could get one.

I don't think that Raj shouldn't have paid a guy to take Shirley to the party. What if Shirley would have found out by mistake? That would have hurt Shirley more then anything. Rerun or Raj should have asked Shirley to the party like Dwayne did. They didn't have to hang out with Shirley the whole night, they could have just danced with her a few times and talked to her as usual.

The funny part I liked was when that dude from the dating sevice came into the diner to ask Rob which one was Shirley. When he turned around and seen who Shirley was, he made that face. LOL

Exclamation Go, Dwayne, GO... LOL

You gotta hand it to Dwayne...plus his genuine sense of heart! It was cool how he took Shirley to Raj's party.
And about that other gal, Maxine, who Dwayne was supposed to be taking originally:
Yes, beauty was there with her. But as we all know (or SHOULD)...
Beauty is only skin deep; and ugly is TO THE BONE (if not PAST it)...

It wouldn't be very nice. Imagine going with someone and thinking you really like the person and want to take it to the next level of dating. Then how does that really make the person feel?

You still didn't answer Bansogirl question.

How would you feel if you found out that someone paid your date to take you out? I think that you're feelings would be so hurt. That would be a huge slap in the face.

The funny part was when they asked Marvin about taking Shirley to the dance. The way he got up and the look he gave was priceless.
