The prettiest girls appeared on What's Happening!

I think What's Happening had the prettiest young ladies on there, most of you probably have to go back and watch too see but after watching all the episodes over and over, the ladies on there was truly pretty.

Judy Pace - she was called the black baby doll, she was in many episodes, two you might remember is when Roger was in the hospital sharing a room with a baseball player who hasn't spoken to his daughter for marrying a white man, the nurse was Judy. Also, the episode where Shirley had to train Rob's new girlfriend to be a waitress who he's going to marry but everyone suspects she's a thief and stealing. She also was in movies and Sanford and Son.

Rose Fonseca- she was the girl with the dimples, once you see her, you never forget, she played Dwayne's girlfriend in the episode where Dwayne's father is running for council. She also played Raj's girl in the episode where everyone tries to get Shirley a date but Dwayne ends up taking her.

Irene Cara, you know her, I needn't say anymore.

LaVonne Dancy, she was obviously a model, she was in the episode where Raj lies to an older woman telling her he's in movies to get her attention.

Kutee, she was in that episode where Raj and Rerun move in together but Mama Thomas won't stay away.

Debbi Morgan was so cute, she was married to Charles Dutton who played Roc, and she was in the first two episodes and in the episode where she introduces Irene Cara.

Rosanne Katon- she played Darlene in the episode where Rerun joins the football team and becomes a star but gets thrown out because he fails his test. Rosanna was the cheerleader jumping around saying "Rerun, Rerun he's our man" and Rerun grabs her and says oh yes I am.


Ren Woods- played Brenda who Dwayne goes out with, she has a boyfriend with a violent temper who Dwayne ends up standing up to.

Tanya Clark - she played the nurse who Raj is in love with and keeps going to the clinic to see and than his family thinks something seriously is wrong.


Fay Hauser- she played the part of the sister of the brother who takes Dee out on her first date but is a liar and makes stories he sees on t.v. apart of his own life.


Bianca Ferguson - she played Jean in the episode whom Raj is studying with and he ends up moving out to live with because Rerun becomes a nuisance.

Ronalda Douglas - you all gotta know her face if not her name, she frequented on Good Times, she was in quite a few episodes on What's Happening, one time she played the stuck up actress who Rerun and Raj goes out with to see who scores, she ends up throwing herself on Raj and she also was in a earlier episode as the girl Raj tries to hook Rerun up with but he ends up falling for and she falls for him but he picks friendship over love. She resembles Diana Ross so much.

LaNette Hardiman who plays Lisa and Elaine Hobson who plays Cindy in "Dwayne's Debate" were very cute girls.

Now there was one girl who it seems was never credited she was one of the cheerleaders that was hanging with Rerun in that episode when he was a star football player, she had the pigtails with the long hair and she was in the episode playing Maxine where Raj has a party and Shirley can't find a date, but Dwayne ends up taking her, breaking up a date with Maxine, who's the pretty girl with the long hair, light brown skin, she ends up in the end throwing punch in his face for breaking a date, she has a small part but you can't miss her if your not blind. I'd like to know her name. She was by far the top 3 prettiest of the show. If anyone know her name let me know.

Who do you think are the prettiest? My 3 pick are, the pretty girl with long hair, Judy Pace, and LaVonne Dancy. I gotta throw in Rose Fonesca.

We don't see pretty girls like these ones on tv today, some today look too fake, with the makeup making them look good and the fake hair and body parts, young ladies back then were naturally pretty and were the personification of black beauty of the 70's but their looks are so timeless and coloreless. They were sexy but innocent in a way always ladies unlike today's ladies.

Yeah, I caught that too! She was kind of a tease in that episode, wasn't she???? LOL! She was going out with all the guys and even admitting it too!!!! She told Raj she was going out with someone else later on and here comes Rerun. LOL!

Roseanne Katon was no longer attractive to me when I saw her character hugging and kissing the old guy who played Melvin on Sanford and Son in a episode of That's My Mama. She was like 25 and he was 60-lol

Rose Fonseca is a face you never get tried of looking at. She was a rare beauty, her dimples were almost as perfect as Dwayne. I found it interesting how Rose was Raj's girl in "Shirley's Date," than Dwayne acts as though he never saw her before and starts dating Rose in "If I'm Elected." Raj, Rerun and Dwayne sure love sharing girls.
