Does anyone know if The 3rd and 4th year have been released yet on DVD? For some reason they have the 1st, 2nd and 5th year out, why did they skip 3 and 4?

After seeing your post, I checked Amazon and ShopNBC.

You are correct - S3 and S4 have not been released. That's weird...I don't know why they did that.

Has anyone here seen the episode with richard Thomas entitled' Scrouged'(sorry if the spelling is wrong). This episode was on a few days a go and I miss it. If anyone here has seen it, what type of character does he play?

I don't remember all of the details of the ep, but he played someone who killed a number of women while espousing some kind of religious justification. During the investigation and trial, it came out that he went crazy because of brain damage caused by untreated syphilis. The twist was that the syphilis had been discovered years before during a routine medical exam for life insurance. While he was turned down for the life insurance, the insurance company never told him, so he was never treated.

At the end, the DA went after the life insurance company (sorry, don't remember the outcome of that part of the plot) and Richard Thomas' character was placed in a secure hospital facility to live out the rest of his life (which wouldn't be long due to the advanced nature of the disease).
