Solomon's Bad Language Again !

I was going to set up a trade with Solomon , but decided to pull out because he said that the quality of the episode that he was going to send to me ( The Jeffersons ) was not all that great. I really did not want the Jeffersons episode in question to begin with , but I was going to help him out. I was completly shocked with the language that he uses. So here is what I said to him , and what he said to me. I will use * to try to hide the bad words :

I just don't like getting emails like this with such bad language. He should not have responded like that. I am still kinda shocked !

You are wrong in the sense that you aired your dirty laundry on the message board. You could've easily said that you personally choose not to deal with Solomon. Showing yours and his personal emails is wrong.

I admit that it was wrong to show the actual emails ( I was shocked & mad ) , when I posted them. Now I see that it is just typical Solomon , and that is how he talks to people. He has cussed me out before , and I have forgiven him. But to be honest it is situations like this that make me want to pull out of the trading circle all together. I apologize to the board for this - I admit I should have handled the situation differently. But I still say that his response to me not wanting to trade with him was not right !

I still wish Solomon the best in his searches !

i made my public statement a while back that i would never trade with this user

reason, he seems to have numerous problems and tends to publicaly smear peoples reputation for one disc trades that he couldnt play on his junk player

he has since admitted that he was wrong ,and he has a player now that will function on normal discs

i dont need anyone in my life constantly complaining about 1 disc trades,

he may be wonderful to argue with on the sports board or what ever other area

but people reputations are not at stake on the sports board, they are here on the trade board

a couple comments can ruin a persons ability to operate and add to their hobby

sticking up for him is real nice for all of youall who have zero clue whats going on, and further havent taken the time to find out

his entire last out burst,slander and name calling fit, was 100% his fault

he knows it, he admitted it a couple days ago on post 13 of a non related thread

not out in clear view so he could come clean

but hidden away in a sneaky off handed comment


and yes by rule theres no email and pm copy allowed, yes thats not supposed to happen

and yes there was a better way to handle the report of the action

but the idea and the facts in the case are still correct, and the collector should not have been raked over like that

its just plain not needed


it would be so nice, if all youall who jump to retros defense, took a few minutes to actualy find out what hes about

most of the people on the trade board wouldnt deal with him for any reason, some of the nicer, and newer people still try and be cordial and helpful, this person got a first hand dose of what that was like

its personal choice to trade with a person or not, heres another great example of whats in store for you if you go down this road with this person

there are so many decent people to trade with and exchange info with, i for one for one dont see any benifit in getting in this much trouble for a one disc trade

That's why I know that going public with my problem with Solomon , will make it to where I will never be able to post a update to my w/o/c list again without him replying to them with remarks that will try to smear my name. I am taking that risk though ! If I had to do it over again , I would have not posted the actual emails - but I was hot at the time ( I had just been cussed out by Solomon ). I probably should not have said anything , and just never talked to him again - but a part of me wanted to show what kind of a person this trader is. Once again sorry to the board for all this drama !

i dont know you, but i understand the issue quite well

it would be nice for you to go back and edit the original post

take out the emails and put the problem in you own words

facts on this trade area are never a problem

this person didnt conduct himself in a normal and decent manner

and its certainly your opinion and right to state your case

you tried to be decent and got crapped on

as far as your being open to a payback on every one of your lists

well yes thats a risk, but knowledgable people know whats going on and will ignore useless comments like would be added

to keep a safe and decent trade area, one must report poor behaviors, if not, it turns into the common yahoo board that is frequented by scammers and their 13 user names to steal from youall

You will always be wrong when you go up against him on this board. He has a lot of posts and that makes him above everyone else, like it or not.

His high post count allows no rules to apply to him, he does as he wishes.

The best thing to do it not to have contact with him... and never comment on any of his posts, he is able to respond with derogatory remarks as he wishes.

Solomon's smearing of Porkys1982's name is starting. This is OK with me though , the people that know me will know the truth , and that is all that matters. Keep going Solomon , I have very thick skin. You are just making yourself look bad , and you don't even see it ! Yes I did show our actual emails , but name calling I would never stoop to.

Little surprised at your comments about me especially since I never said anything negative about you or about the Free Disc you sent me which played great on my $200 Junk Player. Very Shocked
