AD cast/AD songs-seen/heard elsewhere... - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I don't know if we've had a thread like this before, but I was just thinking that it would be neat to mention where we've seen the AD cast on other shows, movies, whatever.

Like, last week I caught an ER re-run and realized that Nathan from AD played the would-be med student that Dr. Peter Benton was showing around. I knew he looked familiar when he first arrived at AD!!

Also, in other ER/AD sightings, a few weeks back TNT aired the episode where Sam was in the ER and he sneezed his eyeball out.

And... (am ashamed to admit this one) I was watching 7th Heaven this week (I watch purely for the snark. I promise) and Melanie, Sam's Season 3 girlfriend, played a student at Simon's college.

Any others???

Also does anyone else get excited when you hear a song from AD in another setting? Another TV show, or in a store or something... Because, back to ER (shoot me if you get tired of this!) on an old episode today, Drs. Doug and Mark were driving and Luke's Dave Brubek song was playing on the radio. Which was a huge coincidence because I just heard the song on the radio this morning and immediately thought of American Dreams.

I saw Gail O'Grady (Helen Pryor) and Tom Verica (Jack Pryor) on Celebrity Poker a while ago. That was cool. As for the music, the oldies station in NY (CBSFM) was shut down, so I haven't heard many songs from the show.

Boo to shutting down oldies stations!!! I know, the one in Baltimore went away last year. So glad to be a listener of XM. Can't beat the 60's on 6!

Edited to add: I bet Helen and Jack were so funny on Celeb Poker. I can see Gail o'Grady doing it, but I just can't get past the image of Jack Pryor Sr., business man, white shirt and tie... letting loose and playing the poker. Hehehe.

Well, of course Will Estes was in Reuion which was a good show which FOX cancelled. I did see the ER ep w Sam, but besides that I haven't seen any other cast members in anything else.

I saw Sam's season 3 girlfriend in either a Burger King or Wendy's commercial not that long ago.
