There was a girl abducted from her own house. A hispanic girl, I believe it was in the Southwestern US. She actually called her own mother like 1 month later and said help me, but then hung up. Then she was spotted again a period of time later (months? years?) at a diner, where she left a note under her plate tat she needed help.
Can't remember her name Does anyone know what I am talking about and f there were any updates? I'm a newbie, but can't believe there is a board of people as adicted to this show as I am. |

Welcome to the board akburke....
Yes there are a lot of us hard core UM junkies out there. The girls name you're referring to is Anthonette Cayedito. Sadly she is still missing. I did find an article from last year where a cold case squad is still trying to solve her case so its nice to know they haven't forgotten about her. http://www.gallupindependent.com/200...coldcases.html |

This is one of those cases that has always stayed with me since the first time I saw it. I remember the police interviewing her sister a few years after the abduction and she remembered more. I'm glad they are actively still looking for her.
BTW, I'm new to this board too and was also surprised that there are people out there that still love the show as much as I do. I tape it every day. |

LOL. I just got TiVo and I'm SO excited because now I get to TiVo UM every day... I'll never miss another segment (that Lifetime chooses to air) again.
