My last vacation was back in September when I went to Las Vegas, and then Arizona. It was actually the first real vacation Iv'e ever been on, and with the exception of the day I got lost in the Arizona desert for a couple hours, it was alot of fun. The next vacation I'm going on, I'm really excited about. In April, or May at the latest, I'll be making my first trip ever to the East Coast, when I visit my friend Evelyn in Florida. She's had the whole thing planned for months, and I'm really excited about it. I'm not too thrilled about the 7 hour plane ride, and the 3 hour lay-over in Colorado, but I'll deal with it. What was the last, and what will be your next vacation?? Also, on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your last vacation? I give mine an 8.

My last was when I traveled to Montana over Thanksgiving break. The next one isn't really a vacation but I am traveling somewhere. It will be to New York City for a convention over my spring break in March. I wish I was going with my dad over my spring break- he is going to London for 11 days, as opposed to my 5-ish days.
The next vacation that won't be a school trip will most likely be when I travel to Los Angeles. No idea when that will be though...I am hoping I can head out to Minneapolis over Easter to visit my sibs. |

My last vacation was to visit a friend in Puerto Rico and then we all hoped over to the U.S. Virgin Islands for a few days (St. John specifically). We also took a day trip to Virgin Gorda, a British Virgin Island.
It was an awesome experience and fairly cheap...we got a good price on air fare, and we had free lodging while in Puerto Rico of course...her family owns an apartment on the beach in addition to their home. And we had some really good home cooked meals. I think the thing that surprised me the most there was the weather (not overwhelmingly hot) and the lack of insects! We ate a whole meal outside in the summertime and were not once bothered by flies, etc. The coolest thing we did there was go kayaking at a glowing lagoon. The lagoon has bioluminescent life forms in it that glow when you touch the water. Definitely one of those moments that makes you realize how truely awesome nature is. St. John was cool... we stayed in these little eco-tent things that were fairly cheap (there are trade-offs....you have to walk far through the forest up and down many stairs to get to the rest room or to a water spigot.) but they had little hot plates so we cooked for ourselves, and we had a rental Jeep thingy we went tooling around in, and there's wild Donkeys there...and the snorkeling was great. In case you couldn't tell from the gushing above, I give that trip a 10 out of 10. I have no plans for a next vacation any time soon. Some of my friends want to go to Vegas for New Year's next year, but I'll have to wait until much closer to then to see if I can get the time off and the money. |

Last Vacation-Gatlinburg in the Smoky Mountains. Got back a year ago yesterday with what we thought at the time was a broken wrist with a sling. Turns out it wasn't broke. I give it a 7... it was brutally cold the entire time, it snowed(which was a positive), but you had to walk alot because the streets aren't made for lots of cars, and I hurt my wrist so that brings the score down.
Next Vacation-No clue. It'll probably be a trip by myself though... I don't expect my parents to go on anymore trips.

Uh...Kansas City? Though that was just a day trip...before that I seriously don't remember.
How pathetic is that? Oh wait, I know, Kansas to visit relatives. I rate that a 3. Ugh.Next will be to Oklahoma City. Where it's warmer. |

Last - Cape May last September.
Next - I think that my family and I are going to St. John for spring break. We are definately going to some sort of tropical island, but my parents are still arguing over which one. |
