Hi,
I've been seeing a full run of Perfect Strangers converted from VHS to DVD circulating the net. I was wondering if anyone might be kind enough to help out a big fan of the show, make their friends birthday a little brighter. If someone has this, and would be willing to duplicate a copy of the DVDs for me, I'd provide a 100 pack of blank DVDs and offer remibursement for time and effort to make the copy. Thanks! |

Beware of a set circulating that is crappy quality 6.0-6.5 at best and they're passing it off as 7.5-8.0 quality with tons of tracking flaws, snow, lines, fuzzziness...crappy edits, etc...
I'd be careful, but that's not to say there isn;t also a better set from a reputable trader, as opposed to a "newbie", and tries to get a better deal on a trade, since once you'd get the set, are unhappy, you've been scammed, since you would probaly send them first a trade to get the Perfect Strangers set... just my $.02

I'll bet some people have no idea their set is a 6-7 quality, they get it from someone that says it's an 8.5-9 and they take their word for it.
I try & check at least 1 discs on all my homebrew sets for quality. |

who claim that everything they have is 8-9 out of 10
a certain trader who i will not name, pops up all the time on ioffer and ebay and lists sets like ALICE and GRIZZLY ADAMS and calls them 9 of 10, when he knows they are not he lists all sets that high, i have found that newer traders tend to rate too high until they get a feel for it ( i did this too) but beware, there are those, who INTENTIONALLY deceive u!
