Default Is Project: ALF worth buying?

I was wondering if Project: ALF is worth buying on DVD? Is Project: ALF any good? I was thinking about maybe buying Project: ALF on DVD, but I would like to know if its worth the buy and if its any good.

Although only ALF from the original cast is in the movie "PROJECT: ALF," my
sister was surprised by how good the film was (when it first aired). I wasn't as
surprised, because I knew ALF was the real star and was confident that he
could carry a feature-length movie (if it had a good script), with or without the
Tanner family. Luckily, "PROJECT: ALF" has a good script. A brief synopsis for
the 1996 comedy: the Tanner family has been relocated as part of the witness
protection program, and ALF has spent the last six years in a maximum
security psychiatric facility honing his entrepreneurial skills. (Look for
everyone's favorite Martian--Ray Walston--in a cameo as a hotel desk clerk.)
The supporting cast also includes Martin Sheen and Ed Begley, Jr.

I expected it to be a typical cheap TV movie. But I really liked it. Same old ALF, and it was really funny.
Big ALF fans should see it because it wraps up the "cliff-hanger" ending that the series had.
