Does the infamous episode where Dudley and Arnold goes into in the home of a bicycle shop owner, who happens to be a child molester part of season 2? I grew up on DS but I was born in 1981, so I don't remember a lot of the shows by the season.

No, that 2 parter with Gordon Jump guest-starring as Mr. Horton didn't occur till season 5.
