'Spoilers' The Blob 88, very scary movie.

The Blob 1988 versoin is really better then the 60's verson or early 50's. Shanee Smith from Saw, and the tv comdey Becker(should have stayed a little while longer on tv,which was one of the better comedy's) Also starrin Matt Dillion in his kind of bad boy movie. This Blob eats kids,and everything in its site, nobody beleive Shawnee about The Blob eating people, one of the scariest sences is where the fry cook is trying to get somethiing out of the drain, and he sticks his hands down and The Blob comes out and eats him he goes down the drain I just wacthed that tonight.Everyone thinks that Matt kills everyone,but it really The Blob. Shawnee Smith charater is very good, she's never dull as 'The Prom Queen wanna be type" she tries so hard to tell that The blob is coming, and yet no one beleives her, from the very beginning when it kills the hobo to the very end, non- pounding, moments. A plenty of scares it's rated PG back then they could get away with amost anything vilont when the movie is PG. Steve Mqueen stared in the first one which the blob looked like jello . Shawnee also starred in a tv movie called I Saw What You Did. About two teen age girls playing pranks on the phone while they call the wrong number when she says I Saw What You Did the guy on the other end just killed his wife. By the way is The Blob on DVD?
