Default Reunion?

http://www.hollywood.com/news/detail/id/3477372

I don't necessarily buy it, but who knows? It could happen.

It certainly sounds like a fake news story, but it is being carried on several credible sites. Still, it just does not sound right.

I don't see them doing spinoffs. As much as I would enjoy seeing a reunion show it seems like it would be better not to do one. It seems like friends is over and they are moving on to a chapter of their lives that we aren't invoved in. The show ended good and it's good to just remeber it that way.

The spin off makes the rest of it not sound that believable. The idea sounds fun but when you think about it how can you do something about Chandler without involving Monica (unless they split up, but no one would be happy about that). And the same goes for Ross and Rachel. It also seems like after failing once they wouldn't try agian.

lol I know. its not even time for any type of reunion show. the show ended only two years ago. If they do some kind of reunion, it should be like in like 2014 and the cast should just sit and talk about what's happened in their lives.

That's true. It's like how much has happened in just a few years. With the exception of Ross and Rachel we pretty much know what was going on with the other charectors. It seems like they've settled down and there won't be very many changes (With the exception of Joey but we can watch him on the Joey show). With Ross and Rachel we still want to know if there relationship worked out and if they got married, but this couldn't really be the basis of the show.

i think if they do a spin off they should name it the aftermath, and see how everyone turned out

I read about this on a few boards, that since Joey is now basically over, that he's gonna move in with Chandler & Monica.

I read that there would be basically 4 episodes that are basically a two hour movie or something like that.

They should NOT do those specials. They are gonna end up ruining the Friends legacy. But, if it means $$$ for NBC then no doubt they'll do it.
About the spinoff... Why would that do any better than Joey did?

It is too soon for something like the aftermath. I wouldn't like to see Joey move in with Chandler and Monica. It would be a step backwards to him growing up. If the spinoff had all the charecters it may be more popular then Joey but that wouldn't be a spinoff.
