Default Just Finished Watching Buffy on DVD

Well, I am now done watching all the episodes for the first time. I am now suffering from withdrawls.

I rented them all from Netflix (not a good idea). So in the last month or so, I watched all seven seasons. Thats a lot of buffyness in a small time. I find myself sad that I wont see the scoobies any more.

I am going to start on Angel next, I just hope it will fill the void.

ANGEL will never ever fill the void that Buffy left...But it's still worth watching, atleast Once... I hated Angel. I watched it here and there. It was never a MUST SEE for me each week, but I watched the whole series also in a month. Although not one of my favorite's, I do like it....Charisma Carpenter was ANGEL! She was what kept me glued. LOL....Well have fun watching.

If you watch Angel without comparing it to Buffy you'll thoroughly enjoy it. It isint as good, but still beats most modern dramas.

I agree. Nothing can compare to Buffy. I really liked Angel at first. I thought the Cordy/Doyle dynamic was especially great, and they kept me invested in what was going on. After they killed Doyle and brought Wesley in (whom I HATED on Buffy ) the new character dynamic just never gelled with me, and I eventaully just gave up. I've caught the later seasons in re-runs occasionally and I just find it hard to be invested in what's going on. I do agree that Charisma Carpenter is one of the best things about Angel. (I LOVE Cordy! ) Glenn Quinn was the best actor on the show by far, and the Doyle character was just awesome. I do wish that the producers had decided to keep Glenn Quinn on as Doyle. There was alot of potential with the Cordy/Doyle dynamic, and I think it could have been great! I know I'm rambling, I should probably stop now!
