I spent some time in Calgary, Alberta for a while, the temperature NEVER got above -40 (which is the same in both Farenheit and Celcius) for at least three weeks. When it gets that cold tehy dont bother telling you the outside temp, they tell you how much time it will take for exposed flesh to get frostbite
