I was watching Part one of J.J's Career and when him and Thelma was in the hallway, she was telling him hse was going to drop out of school to get a job and then J.J says-"Oh no you won't because you will never go back and you will end up UNEMPLOYABLE just like me" So are we as the viewers supposed to take that statement as J.J never finishing Highschool?

No, just that Thelma would be unemployed. Although, it was never seen or mentioned if JJ graduated.
