If you really want to voice you dissatisfaction to Warner Brothers about the "Night Court" best of DVD and future season sets releases, I urge you to visit their website and go to the Customer Service FAQ section. Write them. Ask questions and voice your frustrations. I just did.

I wouldn't worry much. Warner Bros executives aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.
I mean... the AOL merger!!!
