Was their ever a story where a teenage girl commited suicide but one time her mom saw her in the hall and another time a neighbor saw her in the window like late at night?

Yes, there was. It was a segment about parents seeing the spirits of their deceased children or having some sort of connection to them. The daughter that killed herself had told her mother in spirit that she regretted killing herself and that it was too late. That segment was so sad.
