Default People from sitcoms that made it big

I noticed that quite a few people from sitcoms became more popular than the rest of the cast or made it big.

Examples I thought of:

Growing Pains - Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Matthew Perry
Full House - Olsen Twins
Fresh Prince of Bel Air - Will Smith
Andy Griffith Show/Happy Days - Ron Howard
Who's the Boss? - Alyssa Milano
Clarissa Explains It All - Melissa Joan Hart
Bosom Buddies - Tom Hanks
The Jamie Foxx Show - Jamie Foxx
The Facts of Life - George Clooney (congrats for winning the Golden Globe)

Any others?

Brad Pitt also got a big start on "Dallas," where he played Charlie's boyfriend.

Square Pegs would be a better comparison. Sarah Jessica Parker was already pretty famous when Sex And The City started, Sex just managed to make her a bigger star than she'd been beforehand.

I don't think he was on a sitcom. Unless you consider Raw one.

He did. His movie was on top of the box for three weeks until Spider-Man came.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks immediately came to mind, but I see they were already mentioned.
