What if, instead of auditioning for the part of "Samantha," Elizabeth Montgomery had...um...tried out for the part of "Carol" in "The Brady Bunch" and...<giggle>...got it?

I got the idea from a recent dream I had.

In it, the writers of Brady Bunch, like they did with "The Partidge Family," ripped off key storylines from "Bewitched," but instead of overt displays of witchcraft, Carol would have inexplicable psychic events happen to her.

It would have been a perfect way to balance the stories focusing on the kids with stories about the parents.

Can't you just picture Mike Brady as the uptight, nervous suburbanite husband, struggling to keep his wife's strange powers under wraps?
