Weddings seem to be a popular way to end shows. Here are some shows where that happened. I know there are a ton more.

Maybe not exactly in the Series Finale, but Sam from "Who's the Boss" and Mr. Drummond from "Diff'rent Strokes" were married towards the end of their shows' run.

Although it wasn't intended as the final episode, in the finale of "Married ... With Children" Kelly had a wedding. I say "Had a Wedding" because at the end, she doesn't get married. But FOX still promoted it as a Wedding Series Finale.

I know there were more, but I can't think of any at this time.

ALTHOUGH A CABLE SHOW, DOES "THE DIVISION" COUNT? INSPECTOR JINNY EXTEAD MARRIED. I THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY THAT NANCY MCKEON'S CHARACTER, JO, ON "THE FACTS OF LIFE" ALSO GOT MARRIED IN PART OF THE SHOWS FINALE.
