I believe that's from the "Roadrunner" cartoon.

Yes, that is definitely a line from THE ROAD RUNNER theme song.

I hadn't heard it since I was a kid, but of course NOW I've got it stuck in my head. Didn't that part of it go something like:

"That coyote's really a crazy clown.

you're right! That's it EXACTLY! I have a record with a lot of TV themes, and that's one of them.
