What do you think of the way they handled Nicole's death? Nina Peeples wanted her character's death to hit home on a real serious topic. Drunk driving.

I've heard Nia Peeples mention in interviews that she wasn't happy with the producer's decision to kill Nicole when she decided to leave the show, which explains why she didn't appear in the episode "Go Softly into Morning" at all.
