Musical Performances - available? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey guys!
Just wondering if there's any sites that I can get these songs from, or if someone could hook me up. I never really watched the show, aside from the awesome musical performances. I know on the episodes they were abbreviated performances with talking over it, but am I correct in assuming that on the DVD the whole performance is there? Has anyone ripped them?

Some that I'm looking for:

Brandy (as Gladys Night) I Heard It Through The Grapevine
John Legend (Stevie Wonder) Uptight (Everything's Alright)
Monica (Mary Wells) My Guy
Kelly Rowland (Martha Reeves of Martha & The Vandellas) Dancing In The Streets
Kelly Clarkson (Brenda Lee) Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree

I'm not positive, but I think "Dancing in the Streets" is on the Soundtrack.

And there are some other songs from the show on this site:
