There wouldnt be a spin-off of any of hte 4 chacaters, they only work best as a team, all four make the show. Besides the creaters of Will & Grace are busy creating another show about 3 couples that will be on NBC probably next season.

I'd be worried if Sean Hayes gets a spin-off series, though. I mean, he is one of my favorite acters and is extremely talented, but very few spin-offs, it seems, are successful. But, hey, if it's true, best of luck to him!
