Schlmeal or schlmozzle?

I have always wondered what a schlmeal or schlmozzle was. Which, if either of Laverne or Shirley was a schlmeal or a schlmozzle?

a schlemiel is a fool or a bumbler and a schlemazel is a person prone to bad luck.

they are Yiddish words, often with an explanation similar to the following explanation:

A "schlemiel" is the guy most likely to spill the wine at dinner.
A "schlemazel" is the guy most likely to have the wine spilled on him.
And the "nudnick" is the guy most likely to ask (in a nasal voice), "Gee, what kind of wine was that anyhow?"

I think Penny once defined them as - a schlemiel is someone that trips over nothing, and a schlemazel is someone that trips over the schlemiel.
