Default Most Romantic TV Couple...not Cliff & Clair...I NOW KNOW!

It's CHARLES AND CAROLINE INGALLS of Little House on the Prairie.

I had a thread abt Phylicia Rashad and her over inflated ego abt her stating on television that "Cliff and Clair are THEE MOST ROMANTIC COUPLE ON T.V. EVER!" Give me a F***** Break woman. No they are not.

I watched Little House ever since it's first run, and I came across the pilot episode during the holiday weekend on TVLand and realized that Charles and Caroline are THEE MOST ROMANTIC COUPLE.

There is an episode when Charles loses his job temporarily and the entire family pitches in to make ends meet. While Caroline is plowing the fields, Charles approaches and says thee most romantic thing a man has said to his "wife" that I have ever heard. It tugs at my heart everytime he says it. He touches her face and says, "Caroline, the only thing I am sorry abt being married to you, is that I won't ever again have the pleasure of asking you to be my wife". Awwwwwwww, damn, that is straight out so sweet and romantic!!!!!

Cliff and Clair no way. I can't stand Clair, she's a bitch.

Caroline and Charles are very romantic, but my vote goes to Lois & Clark from the tv show Lois & Clark

when I was a kid, I found Clair funny, the older I get, the more I realize she was a bitch.

Steve and Elise from Family Ties and Paul and Jamie on Mad About You were good romantic couples as well

I like Cliff and Claire, but Charles and Caroline were a great couple. Other great couples were Alex and Ellen and Alex and Lauren- Family Ties
Cory and Topnaga- Boy Meets World

Whenever a question like this comes up, I always think of Rob and Laura Petrie. They were a hot couple, esp. when you take into account that they didn't even sleep in the same bed! I'd also have to say Fran and Max on The Nanny, even though they weren't officially "together" for most of the show.
