Day 3 into the New Year and I've already broken two of my three resolutions. I vowed to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes, watch what I eat, and spend less time on the computer. I did spend 30 minutes this morning shoveling snow. Does that count as exercise?

mine was to not smoke. had a cigarette the other night. i'm not like a heavy smoker, i have an occasional one.

I don't like to make resolutions bc I usually break them.
