Default 8.11 - Mr & Mrs. Witch Airs January 8

Written by Rob Wright
Directed by James L. Conway
Air Date: January 8, 2006

Billie's (Kaley Cuoco) new theory that her sister's kidnapping was a demonic conspiracy leads her to contact victims of various magical kidnappings, including Dalvos (Sean McDermott), a partner at a powerful company who, unbeknownst to Billie, is a demon posing as a human. With the stress of trying to find her sister while her parents are visiting, Billie discovers the power of projection when she inadvertently transforms her parents into cold-blooded assassins, who are then hired by Dalvos to kill the CEO of the company. Meanwhile, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) tries to deal with Leo (Brian Krause, who does not appear in the episode) being gone; Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) gets a bad case of writer's block; Paige (Rose McGowan) finally connects with Henry (Ivan Sergei); and Billie learns that her parents never stopped searching for her sister

The prelimenary ratings for this Sunday's original telecast of Charmed are in. Charmed averaged a 3.1/4 in the Overnights and a 2.3/3 in the Fast Nationals. These are about the same numbers that we have been getting for most of the season now, expect Final ratings tomorrow.

I won't be able to provide you with the Final Numbers for this week's original broadcast of Charmed, because ABC is no longer releasing the ratings list for all network tv show. Hopefully I will have found a new source by next week.

Here is the final total viewers :

109 Everybody Hates Chris UPN 3.31
Charmed WB 3.31

I think this is the lowest total viewers for the season. A bad performance.

Just about to post it as well

Sadly, Charmed kicked off the year to disappointing numbers. Mr. & Mrs. Witch brought in the worst ratings so far this season, coming in at 3,308,000 viewers. Hopefully next week's explosive new episode will do better.

Yeahh I think the fact it was the 1st episode after the break hurt it. And I think Leo leaving brought the ratings down.

3.31 might be the worst performance the show ever scored, a definate sign this is the last season, much like how in Buffy's last season, episodes started scoring the lowest in the entire run. The route the show is going, except an official announcement in late February or so, with Rose and Holly saying this is their last season, I think there's a 99% shot the last episode will air in May.
