Can anyone tell me what the capital city of Ork is? I've heard that it is either Cork or Frizbatt. Please settle this argument! Thanks

I read in a trivia book and in several places of the internet that it is Kork, though not spelled C-o-r-k like the city in Ireland. The Trivial Pursuit Genus II Edition and several OTHER places on the internet state that it's Frizbatt. I remember an episode in which Mork states that a picture from Ork is of "Frizbatt, the capital" and
when Fred says he can't see anything, Mork replies, "It's the inner
city." I do not recall any episode on which it was stated that Kork was the capital, but if anyone can I would be interested in reading
about it in as much detail as possible.
