I always make it a habit of smiling and being polite and saying "Please" and "thank you" whenever I go thru the drive thru of fast foods. Today, I went thru the drive thru of a McDonalds and this chick at the window just handed me my food, with no smile, no response, no nothing. I asked for extra napkins in a nice way, and she just grabbed them and handed them to me. I looked in the bag and noticed something missing and told her and she just went and got the item and handed it to me WITHOUT EVER SAYING A WORD. Crap like that pisses me off because I am sweet as pie with workers like that because I know they must not like their job and I don't want to be the "jerk" that makes it worse for them. Man, she was rude. Just had this negative look on her face.

Sometimes people just aren't talkative. Like me. I work at a clothing store. I do my job and that's pretty much it. I do say "Have a nice day" to everyone though...and I smile too. Maybe she was just having a bad day...

McDonald's does not cook your food to order, so you always get overdone burgers, mustard when you don't want it, sickly pickles, and untoasted buns!

"Hold the pickle, hold the lettuce. . . ." Special orders upset McDonald's. Burger King, no. McDonald's, yes.

I really try to be as nice as I can be when dealing with anybody who works with the public, especially food service, because I used to do it. But whenever I go through a drive-thru, and they just hand me my food and don't say anything to me like "Thank You, have a Nice Day", I yell back "YOU'RE WELCOME!!!". I detest bad customer service.

I hate going to McDonalds. I always have to wait 10 minutes just for them to get me some Chicken McNuggets. One time I ordered their breakfast and they forgot to give me my Hot Cakes.

Oh I hate that... most of the time when I get fast food the person doesn't say anything or show any expression.

Ugh... which is why I will never work there. The pay is terrible too.

I can't even count the number of times I've been cheated out of something by one of the fast food joints. I ALWAYS check the stuff before I leave the parking lot now.
