Hi,
I'm having a problem with two parcels. Both were sent at the begining of December, but have still to arrive. Now they were travelling from England to America, during the main weeks of Christmas. They have still not arrived. (They were both posted around December 9th). How long should they wait before I send replacements? With it being over christmas, and new year, post is hectic as it is, and overseas... Has anyone else experienced similar problems? ku7uk p.s: I'm still awaiting three parcels from America, which were also posted at this time also. So i'm in the same boat as everyone else, but i've learnt to let it go, without even an e-mail. Worring about a few discs is prelude to major stress. I just let it go, and start on the next trade, I have more important things to worry about, like christmas! |

i ship at about 5 things a week to europe, via global priority i havent noticed any slow down at all for xmas usualy about 7 days to europe and little quicker to australia so i have had great service with global priority domestic priority has been far less impressive as long as 12 days to get 400 miles, a trip that can be in one normal day, and certainly 2 days i had a lot of wheres my stuff questions some priority went right along at normal speeds while others were in limbo all packages did arrive, just some were quite behind schedule the one drawback for us in the states, is that the global packages cant be insured or get any sort of numbers on the package to verify it actualy got there its a open invite for scammers to say they never got the group if i have a suspect person that im sending to, i go the slow route with $100 insurance and that gives me a proof that it got there of course the insurance is worthless, but it gives me some numbers to put on the paypal form, if needed, but it slows the process down to nearly 2 weeks to europe |

How about never getting some mail? During Katrina, that was the case. Unfortunately, some mail was destroyed, so it's somewhere in post office heaven...may it rest in peace...lol. Now, it takes over a week to get priority and as long as 2 weeks or more for 1st class. It's become a way of life in SE Louisiana!
