Has to be when the Doobie Brothers come to play and Rerun bootlegs the show. Classic '70s. Would give anything to see that one again!

Does anyone know the two songs the Doobie Brothers sang on the show? I'm dying to know!

I like the one where Rog sits on his chair backwards at the restaurant. That was great!

I am pretty sure that two Doobie Brothers songs featured were: "Black Water" and "Takin' It To The Streets." I'm not sure if there was another.

THE DOOBIE BROTHERS EPISODE!!!!!And it was Takin It To The Streets because I can still see them all dancin to it in my mind!!!!What a great one that was. Another good one had Dee hanging out with a little boy who would make up stories about how bad his home life was (mother drank/made him stay under the kitchen sink)and then she realized he was getting the stories from TV movies he'd seen that week!!!!

My favorie is the one where Rerun joins the football team and gets a swelled head around Raj and Dwayne...then has the gall to turn around and ask Raj to help him with his schoolwork before he gets kicked off the team.

Another funny one was the one where Rerun joined a dance group on tv, and the only reason they wanted him was to make fat jokes. His friends help Rerun get revenge by substitutung Raj...whose dance move were weak!!

And then there's the episode where the fellas steal a blouse for Raj's Mama's birthday...

Slammin'!

Now that I think of it, the first five or six episodes of "What's Happening?" are the funniest, really...Raj got into REAL trouble with his Mama, Dwayne is as dumb as a post, and Rerun was always trying to pull a scam on somebody...and Shirley didn't take no guff off of anyone, either!

Favorite is the Duke Morgan Gang! Thought this was funny as a little kid. The way the repair man says it like he's out of breath is funny.

The Doobie's performed, Black Water (from What were once vices), Takin it to the Streets (from same title) and an instrumental at the concert. The instrumental is not on any album. At the rehersal they played Little Darlin and Echoes of love, from Livin on the Fault line.

I like the one where the guys steal the surprise test from Miss Collins' desk and they get suspended from school. And the episode where they steal the shirt for Raj's mom's birthday.

Raj: Hello lucky 7's!
Rerun: Helloooooo Mrs. Thomas!

My favorite is the one where Dee films the jackass meat hamburger commercial. I laughed until I was in pain watching that one.

The Doobies episode, The Rockers episodes, the trick on DEE (you a nice little boy).

There are some things that have tripped me out. In the Doobies episode when the recorder fell from rerun, notice how silent the entire auditorium got. And they were all looking at Rerun, LOL. You mean to tell me everyone in the place knew what Rerun did, front and back.

The blouse episode, why would they take the blouse and run directly into the officer? Didn't they know he was there? Wasn't Roger supposed to be smart?
