Default DVD Recording Help Toshiba RD-SX32

Hi,

Hopefully some one here can help me. When it comes to this computer stuff I am totally inept. I have a Toshiba RD-SX32 with Hard Drive I've been able to figure out how to do the basics but am now looking at editing various things together.

Here's my question...

My hard drive is full of stuff and I have edited out what I would like to burn to dvd, which is about an hour of clips. I would like to burn these to a DVD then add more to it at a later time. Do I use DVD-RW for something like this? Is it even possible? Also if any one has this type of player and can walk me through how I go about this I would really appreciate it. Please email me at jmdunn7@yahoo.com

Thanks I really appreciate the help.

Thanks
Jennie

Have you referred to your manual? You should be able to do what you want to do, but you would need a rewritable disc. Your manual SHOULD walk you through this stuff as well as let you know if you need to use DVD+RW or DVD-RW or either.

please note the word should

i have found that most manuals i seem to get are quite hard to follow, and very incomplete

I've read the manual and re-read the manual, they might as well have written it in greek or something.

Thanks anyway.
