I was just readin the thread about the realty company selling the Stephens house in Connecticut. Another site has a new posting at Lizbook.com from the director and producer of the show that doesn't seem to back this up.

It is at Lizbook.com. It is a site selling a book, but they got some quotes form the director and producer up on the page about this topic.

Sorry, actually, it doesn't say so one way or another. It just explains how they chose where Darrin and Samantha lived.
