I wonder why this scene in the season 3 opening Credits wasn't seen in Syndication - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

The scene with Bud reading a NUDIE magazine in the season 3 opening credits. I know I never seen that Clip in the opening credits until I watched the DVD. This was my first time seeing that clip because I didn't watch MWC on FOX in 1988. I discovered the show on my local TV station in 1990

I discovered the show on syndication 3 months after fox cancelled it. I've loved it ever since!
