Has anyone heard any news when Married With Children - The Complete Fifth Season will be released on DVD?

Yeah, season five was the best.........if you are a (Kelly) Christina Applegate fan. She looked her best in seasons four and five. Six and seven weren't bad either. My avatar photo at the left is from season five, episode # 509. See what I mean ??? !!!

I keep going on tvshowsondvd.com to see if they have any news on season 5 dvd release and still nothing. Season 5 is my favorite season and i want ASAP. I hope they release it. Perhaps everybody was turned off by the season 4 editing and thus the sales were poor. If that's the case then season 5 may not be released. I hope i'm wrong!

Yeah but, it should send a message to those bozo's that we don't want the syndicated versions. I don't have a problem with the new opening theme as it resembles the original, but I can't stand when they put in the syndicated episodes. We should be entitled to the whole episodes if that's what we're paying for or expecting and then not getting them.

The fourth season release wasnt that good.. well Sony have themselves to blame. Im just glad that they got ONE proper release - the german season four set did feature the full length episodes.... the r1, r2 (french, dutch) releases were all syndicated though.

It ticks me off that Sony is extremely slow in releasing Married with Children. It's going to take forever for the whole series to be released!
