Font Question - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I downloaded a font from 1001 fonts, but I have absolutely no clue how to add it to anything. I want to put it in my exPressit program to use on my DVD jewel case inserts, but it doesn't appear in there or in Word. All I have is a TrueType file of the font.

How do I use this font?

you need to install the font into Windows for it to be available in your programs
