I wonder if paramount knows the company who has or own the rights to the original songs and music, to make life easier for everybody if they have the billions of dollars why don't they stop making the happy days lifes miserable, why don't they just buy the darn rights to the company who ever owns the music rights, its killing me to see everyday on tv seasons of television shows on dvd, do they even care that we are still waiting for dvd season 2

Yes, they know who owns the rights. As has been mentioned before, Paramount isn't going to spend money to buy the rights to the music if the DVDs aren't going to sell enough to make a profit. It doesn't matter how much money they currently have.
